The bakery in Chiang Rai has proven very sucessful. In November we opened in our new facilities, as central as before but now twice as large. Here it's sufficient to bake, as well as cook and serve thaifood. On the second floor it's also possible to house larger groups of guests. The new facilities gives the bakery a better exposure, which has lead up to in a rush of new customers.
The bakery is situated at the bus station in central Chiang Rai.
The chef Jonathan has helped us to organized the new kitchen.
Fresh cakes straight from the oven to the costomers.
The working pace has been intensely before the opening.
